• Do you take insurance?

    My practice is cash based. The cost for your initial evaluation is $200/hour, follow-ups are $180/hour. I provide a superbill upon request. There are some private insurance companies that will reimburse for out of network therapy services. You will need a prescription from your doctor. Payment is due at the time of the appointment and can be made in cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal.

  • Where are you located?

    I work in a relaxed, quiet home based studio in the Oakland Hills just off Highway 13. I can also come to you; transportation time is charged at my usual hourly rate.

  • How do I book an appointment with you?

    Please contact me first via text, phone, or email. We will schedule a time to talk and determine over the phone if we are a good fit. I will then get you scheduled and send out location information.

  • What Wellness Services do you provide?

    Often our course of PT does not get us to the point at which we have reached our goals. I am here to fill in that gap. Wellness includes taking your exercise program to a higher level, or establishing a habitual program via Pilates, yoga, or personal training, which can be complicated if you have injuries or medical issues that you need to be addressed while establishing a program. I also provide maintenance therapy to those people wanting to check in.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel inside the 24 hour window or no show your appointment, you will be charged for a full appointment.

  • What should I wear?

    Please come in clothes that are loose fitting and easy to move in. Jeans are not recommended.
